    @DeanRusk62 is still very cautious about letting the Kremlin play the situation. we want them to get their missiles and get out of Cuba ASAP

    Was present @ 9:30am JCS meeting, said that the US is now in a much stronger position than USSR. Nut-job @GenCurtisLemay still wants attack!
